Since 2005, Caliente has been serving New England with one goal in mind: fresh Mexican food made the right way.

What began near the University of Rhode Island grew from a simple idea people wanted food that was quick, flavorful, and made with real ingredients. Inspired by West Coast influence and rooted in quality, Caliente became known for fresh salsa, grilled proteins, colorful vegetables, and meals made to order.

That commitment still defines us today. We believe fast casual should be fresh, satisfying, and full of flavor. It should reflect care in every detail, from the ingredients we use to the way we serve our guests.
